Shipping policy
Crafty Crafty offers two modes of delivery: Crafty Crafty Coordinated-Delivery and Direct Seller Delivery.
Crafty Crafty Coordinated-Delivery
This delivery mode is available for shipping within Singapore only. The delivery charges are based on the weight of the items being shipped. Here is the breakdown of the delivery charges based on weight:

Direct Seller Delivery:
This mode is also available for shipping within Singapore. In this case, the seller will arrange the shipment directly, especially for heavy items or items that require special shipment. Additional charges will apply for Direct Seller Delivery, and these charges will be paid by the customers. Crafty Crafty acts as an intermediary and will receive the delivery charges on behalf of the seller.
Please note that international shipment is not supported by Crafty Crafty at the moment.
