Made-to-order items do not allow any form of exchange or returns.

Returns are available for other stocks within 14 days of your online order delivery date. Customers have to bear the cost of delivery for returning.

Care Guides

To preserve the quality of your Crafca item, avoid direct exposure to light and heat. Store it in its cloth case and avoid overfilling to maintain its original shape.

Keep your item away from excessive contact with water, oils, perfumes, or cosmetics. If it becomes wet, gently dab off excess moisture with a soft cloth and let it air dry at room temperature. Always refer to the care instructions provided on the label.

Leather, suede, and exotic leather products may show natural variations in tone, marks, or grain, which are not imperfections but unique characteristics. Similarly, any irregularities in our fabric and canvas products are inherent and should be appreciated.
